Austin Improv

Hi guys!

I am looking for a home for a rabbit I have been fostering since the summer. He showed up underneath my window during the worst of the heat wave so I took him in.

He is big and white with black spots. Very inquisitive and loves to hop everywhere and sniff everything. He is also litter trained (he only goes in his cage or in my cat's litter box). My bf and I named him Zenith (Zen for short).

I would include his large cage, hay, and pellets. I got a cheap water bottle from Pet Smart, but he doesn't seem to be getting enough water from it. He drinks from a bowl just fine.

I am in a tight financial situation and buying fresh veggies for him every week is a bit of a strain at the moment. He is really adorable and sweet and I would just like to see him go to a great home. The local shelter has rabbits since August, and I would rather have find him a home than have him be in a shelter cage.

I would like to ask for a small financial donation of $50 (just to recuperate some of the cost of the cage)

Have you gotten in touch with the House Rabbit Rescue Network? They may be able to help you find a home for your bunny.

Sadly they are full. I called them and they told me my best option was the Town Lake Animal Shelter. I also called around several shelters and humane society but they either don't take rabbits or are too full. [/list]
