Advertising Committee Meeting - When can people meet in Dec?

Well, we've made a few good pushes and we'll be handing out flyers tomorrow at First Thursday as well, trying to keep the momentum we've been developing going strong. A healthy congratulations and a big thank you to all that have helped out in these efforts.

Now, we should meet again to discuss our progress and plan ways to move forward in the future. I know December will be a busy month, but I'd like to set aside 2 hours sometime for an Advertising Committee meeting. Below is a list of proposed dates and times. Please look it over and if you are interested in attending the meeting, please reply so that I can get a date set up as soon as possible. Thanks!

Saturday, Decmeber 10th (any time noon to 6, maybe 2:00-4:00?)
Sunday, December 11th (any time noon to 6, maybe 2:00-4:00?)
Monday, December 12th (6-8) - apparently an 8 and a close paren = really cool smily face. Should say (6-8 )
Tuesday, December 13th (6-8 )
Thursday December 15th (6-8 )
Saturday, Decmeber 17th (any time noon to 6, maybe 2:00-4:00?)
Sunday, December 18th (any time noon to 6, maybe 2:00-4:00?)

Tentative Agenda items:
Go over new audience survey information (are these still being done? I haven't heard anything the last 2 weeks.)
Review recent advertising initiatives and action items
Discuss a beginning of semester advertising push
Separating trational and non-traditional committee roles and responsibilities now that efforts are up and moving
Distriubte Sausage Ball recipe for everyone's holiday parties
