If you're looking for a place to rent, consider living next to me in my six-plex on North Hills Dr. The property is managed by Evergreen Realty, (512) 331-1122. There are currently three open units as of a couple weeks ago. They're two story type apartment/condos with two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. They're re-doing at least one unit. The property management company is one of the best I've ever dealt with. They're really rules-oriented, but it's all straightforward and they've worked with us quickly on every issue we've had.

One of the best things about this place is it's a less than one minute walk to the Far West H-E-B. Makes grocery shopping super convenient.

Come live next to other Austin improvisers (me and Erica). I'd love to have some cool folks move into those units. You can PM me and stuff if you are interested or curious. I have no idea if they've already taken other applicants or not. I've been meaning to post this for a while.
