I'm going to the Hawaii Improvaganza festival with my solo show!!!

In addition to the fundraising show/party we're doing on the 17th, I'm also going to be teaching a two-session class on solo improv. Let me know if you have any questions!

SOLO IMPROV TWO-DAY WORKSHOP
Saturday, September 17th and Sunday, September 18th
12pm-3pm

Build your confidence for when you find yourself on stage alone.

That could be:
- starting a scene before a partner shows up on stage with you.
- ending a scene after they exit (or die!)
- doing solo scenes in short form shows like Maestro or The Derby.
- creating a solo show of your own.
- or just being an independent character to give your scene partners someone fun to play with.

KRISTIN FIRTH
In addition to teaching at the Institution Theater, KRISTIN FIRTH performs regularly in shows at the Hideout Theatre and with Gnap Theater Projects, as well as traveling to perform in improv festivals. She has studied improv and acting from numerous teachers across the country, and has studied solo performance from multiple folks (Asaf Ronen, Jill Bernard, Jen Nails). Kristin has been performing her solo show "Revlis: Improv... FROM THE FUTURE" for just over a year - including official acceptances of Revlis into the Chicago Improv Festival, Hawaii Improvaganza Festival, and the Out of Bounds Comedy Festival.

$60 ($50 for Institution Students)

Hey folks, due to the closeness of OOB and some weekend conflicts we're moving this to one weekend Saturday and Sunday, instead of two Saturdays.

Again, I'd be happy to answer any questions you have.
