WeirDass Booked for OOB

You know that huge hole in the OOB schedule Friday night at The State? We filled it in a major major way.
Weirdass is in the top 5 when it comes to patient, character-driven, scenework and amazing connection that leads to hilarious payoffs and pimping. This show will be tops at OOB this year. get some.
Bob Dassie and Stephnie Weir are WeirDass, a husband and wife duo who use their shared experiences to inspire scenes, duologues and random asides in their long-form improvisation. The have performed in Chicago, New York, Portland, Charleston, Edinburgh, and Odessa, TX and recently finished a run at the IO West in Los Angeles.
Native Texan Stephnie Weir has performed in Main Stage revues as part of Chicago's Second City, in plays at the Goodman Theater, and in various improv undertakings at iO. A move to LA had her quickly cast as a writer and ensemble member of FOX's 'MADtv' where she spent 7 seasons, as well as several roles in film and television including recent appearances on 'Weeds' and 'Modern Family.' http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0918633/
Bob has been performing improv for a while in a variety of forms. Early on he studied with Del Close and over the years has been involved with a several groups including the musical Baby Wants Candy, The Armando Show and WeirDass and can currently be seen regularly in Dasariski at the UCB Theater and every Thursday night in Quartet at the IOWest in Los Angeles.
