Tomorrow night the Coldtowne Shakedown brings you two BRAND NEW ACTS that test the limits of both improv and the improvisers.
SUBJECT/OBJECT: Alex Baia and Edward Melendez (both of Oh, Science!) borrow an object from an audience member, place it on the stage, and use it not only for inspiration but also as a fully-functioning member of the ensemble.
THE MISERY: Louis Zertuche, Monica Rae Torres, and Regina Soto of Shades of Brown find inspiration from Stephen King's "Misery" to improvise a creepy and maniacal horror film.
Come down to Coldtowne to see new material from the most daring improvisers in Austin. Free and BYOB. Show starts around 11:30 or after Live at Coldtowne finishes, whichever comes first.[/u]
