Me Again

Post by York99 »

I feel like I need to re-introduce myself to people here. I've been on a 7+ month hiatus from the AIC forum. There are so many more people here now. It's great.

So if you don't know me, I'm Justin York, one of the owners of The ColdTowne Theater. If you see me, please come and say hello. I'm more scared of you than you are of me.

Welcome back Justin. Maybe we can catch up sometime... :)

How about tonight? See you at home.

Sounds like there may be domestic issues you might want to address before you spend too much time hanging out here. :)

Nevertheless I have noticed a distinct lack of dark, pithy remarks in your absence.

But the opposite is true of bears, Justin: they're more afraid of you than you them. That's what they say.

Unless it's a man eater. That's a bear who came upon a human, and the human flinched. So the bear thought, "Oh. Okay. These are for eating after all." ;)

I dunno, Jordan... the bear didn't mention bicycling once. I think Kareem's been bringing home strays from across the street.
The silver knives are flashing in the tired old cafe. A ghost climbs on the table in a bridal negligee. She says "My body is the life; my body is the way." I raise my arm against it all and I catch the bride's bouquet.

And sneaking Val's chickens to them for lunch.

Worst... and completely unnecessary... pun there Jordan. Is Dav impersonating you again? Zing!

Patella... nice.

But the quote above isn't necessarily true unless two members of a minority walk into it.

Yah, but I think then there have to be three:

A priest and a rabbi walk into a bar... crickets...

A priest, a rabbi and a pujari walk into a bar... hilarity ensues.

Not entirely sure about the rules, but thank you for giving me an excuse to pull out every racist, misogynist and blasphemous bar joke I've ever heard. Y'know - for important examination and research.

Two Justin Yorks walk into a bar...

Like how I brought this thread back around? (takes small bow - exits stage left)
