Austin Improv

We're having auditions for the Hideout's July/August prime time show next Wednesday evening, 7-9pm.

Live Nude Improv is a playful, vulnerable exploration of modern theater in which the audience is fully incorporated into the storytelling. The show is a "rehearsal for a new play" and everyone (audience and improvisers) is in the cast. There will be some degree of nakedness.

The show will run on Saturdays at 8pm in July and August. Rehearsals will be once or twice a week in May and June.

The Audition will be:
1) Clothed
2) Fun
3) Playful
4) Grounded
5) Low pressure
6) Good experience for newer improvisers
7) Wednesday, April 27 7pm-9pm (maybe until 10pm if we have a lot of interest)

Thanks everyone for coming out! We had a lot of talented, fun people show up and the casting for this is going to be a bitch.

I'm now 100% more excited for this show having tried out some of the ideas in the audition.
