Anyone Need a Room in a House?

Just found out that one of my roommates is moving out in the next few weeks and we're in need a person to take his place on or around June 1st, possibly even earlier. The new roommate would be moving in with me and two of my good friends from college, our cat and a sweet living room theater in the Manor & 51st part of town.
