The vote was 5-3 with Roberts dissenting because he ruled on that case in a lower court in favor of the president.

wow. big surprise there. i'm just happy there are still judiciaries like Stevens on the court. i think he was a Ford appointee, who was noted as saying that he was the worst mistake of his presidency (cuz he doesnt play all nicey nice to social conservative interests).

I think we have to put Stevens in a hermetically sealed bullet and death proof chamber.
