Come join us for our first improv happy hour of 2011! This time in a NEW location -- Malverde, in downtown Austin!

What better group of people to hang out with in Austin than those who are funny, spirited, and live in the moment?

On Thursday February 3, come join us for an improv happy hour. This will be a great evening of food, alcohol, friendship, and fun! This is not an improv performance -- it's a social event for improvisers (and friends of improvisers) to get to know each other.

This event is for the entire community. All are welcome, regardless of whether you've done improv before, or just want to hang out with us. Please invite your friends (even if they're not improvisers, they're still welcome)!

Participating Local Improv Schools and Organizations:
-Merlin Works
-Coldtowne Theater
-The Hideout
-The New Movement
-The Institution
-ComedySportz

Happy hour prices will be extended for us during the evening.

The event is being held at:

Malverde
400 West 2nd Street
Austin, TX

6pm-8pm

If there are name tags again I'm totally drawing an animal on mine. (with no name). People will have to guess!

Jesse, you should have gone. There were no nametags, so it would've worked out for you;) Anyway, it was a really nice happy hour, albeit small due to the craptastic weather.

Thanks again for organizing this, Ed! I will mos def help out with organizing in the future.

Cheers,
Britt Wright

Agreed...small but nice. My friend, Jesper, actually used the word "lovely" to descibe it.

thanks Ed.

Wow that would have been cute. Yeah, what's my deal with name tags? Am I the only one? Every fiber of my being is against nametags and I don't know why.
