Business Banking?

Post by valetoile »

I know there are a few other business owners here. What bank do you use for your business banking? Do you like them? What did you look for when choosing a bank to open your business account?

I use Bank of America for my consulting business. I can't especially recommend them, but they're not horrible, either. It's a bank.

The problem with banks is that banks are banks.

Hideout uses Chase. No fees if you use your debit card once or twice a month or something, so I set up some bills to be auto paid and that was that. They seem fine so far.

You work your life away and what do they give?

Chase also has great online banking.

If you wanted to go the not evil route, I've had a really good experience with University Federal Credit Union. Online banking is less impressive, but it gets the job done. And they're covered by other Credit Unions around the country so you can walk into locations all over the US and do your banking.
