again I ask..how long must Iwait between posts.so I won't get blocked??

I think he means:
If you post and then immediately try to edit your post you get a message saying that you tried to post too quickly. Something set up to stop spam bots from message bombing. When it's happened to me I only need to wait like 15 seconds before I'm in the clear.
They call me Dollar Bill 'cause I always make sense.

usually when that happens i'll get a message saying how much time to wait...i think the maximum waiting time i've seen on other similar forums is 30 seconds, though those were more "double posts" rather than self editing a single post).
