You, Me and Greg Reunite! ColdTowne Theater's 4 Year Anniv!

You guys get in free to the shows. Afterwards, we'll be partying it up all night. Drop by for booze and libations and mingling. All are welcome.

You, Me and Greg (who did a weekly show when we first open) will also be reuniting for this event. Why? We thought it was amusing. JOIN US.

On October 23rd, ColdTowne Theater is turning 4 years old. And like any petulant 4 year old, we’re demanding a party–replete with balloons, cake, clowns and cake. Since no one is stepping up to the plate, we’re throwing ourselves a big fat fete — a throwback throwdown, featuring special guests from ColdTowne Theater’s sordid past! $10 gets you in for the night. We’ll be giving a...way free beer, door prizes and having awards. Good times, fun oldies.

8pm — YOU, ME AND GREG and MIDNIGHT SOCIETY — You may have forgotten this, but back in the day You, Me and Greg had an open ended run every Sunday Night at 7pm. Captains of the 2005 Austin Improv Scene, they’ve since gone on to become rockstars (are they still rockstars?) and perform improv only rarely. We’ve dug them up and dusted them off for this special night. Midnight Society were forged in the fires of the ColdTowne Conservatory. They’ve been nominated for a B. Iden Payne award and have toured the country performing improv at festivals and on college campuses.

9pm — The FRANK MILLS and COLDTOWNE — Four years ago, The Frank Mills and ColdTowne did a 9 person mono scene to christen the theater. No record of this show, other than a blurry picture and some vague rememberances, remain. It happened at the baseball diamond or something. They are going to do a repeat performance, for ColdTowne Theater must be rechristened every four years or turn into a werewolf. In the last four years, ColdTowne and the Frank Mills together have trained hundreds of improvisers and won countless awards.

2010 is the new 2006! $10 gets you in to both shows as well as the post show awards ceremony. We’ll have some free beer and snacks on hand for the party. HUZZAH!
