Live Blogging Out of Bounds

We started doing this last year and it was a huge success.



Throughout Out of Bounds we will be opening up the blog to all festival participants.

You can post show quotes, text, pictures, video, flyers... pretty much anything to the OOB Live Blog, which, by the way, shows up on the front page of the festival website. Promote your show, share choice quotes, post party pics, whatever.

It's easy.

BY IPHONE
If you've got an Iphone or other smartphone, search for and download the Tumblr App. You'll be able to upload photos, videos, quotes, audio, links, whatever.

Ask me via email or in person for the username and password.

BY EMAIL
A much easier way is to send an email to mouneot138@tumblr.com. Add that to your phone's fancy address book right now. You can post photos, text, videos, and such just by sending an email.

ONLINE
If you're at a computer submit anything and everything to:
http://oob.tumblr.com/submit

Posts will show up on the front page of http://outofboundscomedy.com and at http://oob.tumblr.com

Oh, and you might want to sign the posts with your name/troupe, since there won't be a way to tell who the posts came from otherwise.

TWITTER
If you're tweeting about the festival, the hashtag of choice is #oob.
If this means nothing to you, just ignore it.

FLIP NATION
If you have a Flip video camera, or a recent-model iphone that does video, or any other such device, we will be compiling video footage this year.

If you have the means, upload the footage somewhere on the web and send the link to roy@hideouttheatre.com. Or, alternately, find producer Roy Janik at a party, and he'll copy the video to his laptop.

That's that. The crucial thing is posting to that live blog. So prep your phones and get to blogging... starting now.

this was one of my favorite additions last year. can't wait to see/read/post/try to remember if i drunkenly posted the anonymous scribble i'm looking at.
