while i would never discourage anyone from engaging the political process....and I definitely applaud the overdue adoption of this plan....the time estimate is highly speculative. this is the last session before the July council recess and it is jam-packed with items that'll stretch it out until late into the evening.

Is anyone else made extremely uncomfortable by the phrase "CreateAustin Cultural Master Plan"?
