there's a program that's pulled my ass out of the fire called Prevx

it's $35 for a year but managed to scrub out all malware almost instantly where all other programs had failed. worth it!

I saw this yesterday. It has quite a few suggestions of good places. My roommate just used Mr. Notebook and was satisfied with their service.
