There was a suggestion of doing a special Maestro in Spanish and English.
We'd love to make something like that happen, but we would need players and directors who can pull it off.
Quién fuera allí habla español? (provided by Google Translate)

I am almost completely unable to speak/understand Spanish, which may provide some funny.

Eric Garcia has been known to be funny and speak in Spanish, sometimes simultaneously.

I took like eight years of Spanish in college and can't speak it to save my life.

Para tres meses, estudié español en Salamanca. Entonces, quiero jugar en este Maestro. Como podrías ver, no puedo hablar la lengua perfectamente, pero tengo comprehensión básico.

Are you planning to have this the same night as a regular Maestro? Because that might be problematic for the walk-in audience who don't speak English. I assume most of the Maestro audiences bother to check listings for that show, they just show up.

Probably a special event somewhere other than the Hideout.

Most likely we'll have to do a Spanglish Maestro with a mix. So even if we do it on a regular night- like down stairs or something - we'll still be able to make it fun for the normal audience. However, I'd prefer to do it someplace special.

I'm interested. I'm not fluent, but I was the one saying that I did a touch of improv en espanol while I was in Chicago recently and found it exhilarating.
Teresa and I also did a scene a year and a half ago that was largely in Spanish. That was fun.
