i'm looking for a mellow housemate, maybe someone with a dog who would benefit from my animal friendly home. the room is 12x12 and shares a bathroom with the other tenant, a fellow artist.
it is located in the south east side of town (william cannon & pleasant valley) but is very close to 35, 71/290 and if you use the back roads you can be downtown or on the east side in a flash.
the house has a large kitchen and open floor plan, washer&dryer, the yard is fenced and there is a dog door.
the rent is $325, plus 1/3 of the utilities/internet/cable.
