You guys should have seen how blown away the Dutch were with Shannon's knowledge of their history. He knew twice as much as they did!

Sadly I have never seen Spices because it mostly happens when I'm out of town, but I hear it's a great show and Shannon is full of new knowledge and inspiration from our trip.
