I showed Backpack Picnic to a few people at work and they've all been surprised at the professional quality of it all (writing, acting, production.) You guys kick ass.

You work your life away and what do they give?

Yeah, I got some of my family members to subscribe to it (they love it) and got my brother to spread the word around on the Facebook to CA people a bit.

I am amazed at the quality of this stuff.

Seriously. It's incredible.

Do you know who's doing the sound and the video? Maybe I could get in touch with them?

I have no idea. They drug me after each shoot and I forget.

Okay, actually Rene Pinnell is the director, PJ Raval is cinematographer, Dave Bewley does sound editing.

Shan, if you could introduce me to these guys, I would really appreciate it. The sound, in particular, is awesome.

Even if you'd let me hang around on the set as you're filming the next BPP short, I'd feel I'd learn so much...

New one up. You know where. This one came from a conversation we had on set the session before, talking about some play Mitch was in. Only a few details are exaggerated.
