the world's greatest spy is being debriefed after his/her final mission...a mission that went horribly wrong. through the interrogation of his/her superiors and flashbacks, we see the web of intrigue, betrayal and political machinations that led to this point and discover if they will walk away to retirement and peace...or face the final sanction of FULL DISCLOSURE!

I'm reminded of Spider and Web (which is no bad thing).

You'd think after all the medical procedures I've endured in my life, at least *one* of them would have given me useful mutant powers, but noooooo.

That would be the same cast as The Andersons, except doing Douglas Sirk melodrama instead of a sitcom.

Now let's have a go at...

Elftown

The scene does not have to be perfect.  The scene has to be written.

So Hillbilly Avalanche is coming this month, but who's that I see on their posters?

oh, they're great! they get a simple task that has to be accomplished from the audience. then each scene creates some consequence that causes or is picked up on in the next scene. this strange chain of random causality inevitably accomplishes the task at the very end of the show as the momentum of events crash together.

Kareem Badr
Peter Rogers
Valerie Ward
Craig Kotfas
Matt Pollock

i heard they opened up for Sal's Paradise last weekend. sounded great, but who's in it?

Okay, I'll bite. Peter Rogers as a beat poet, Emily Breedlove as his tortured fan, and the ladies of Sarah 7 as a be-bop Greek chorus.
