Hey guys!
We still need people for box office from 6pm-7pm on June 3, June 4th from 2am - 5am, June 5 from 4am- 7am.

Also, we need some prep people on Friday at 4:30pm and Clean up on Sunday from noon till 1ish.

And then we still need people to do photos, and some door people would be great.

Please let me know if you can jump in.

Roy Moore will do photos for Sunday 2am and 3am.
Steve Rogers will do photos for Saturday 4-9pm.

Maybe Saturday Morning as well, 11 am or earlier. I am just not available Saturday afternoon.

I'd be happy to take photos also - maybe Saturday afternoon (after the 4pm show), if you need somebody.

I'll bring my Canon 7D SLR for anyone to use to take pictures with, if you can keep it safe in the office when it's not being used.

I think someone else is doing video this year, right? If not, let me know, and I can rig up the camera again.

Matt Reiter and I would be happy to help out early Saturday morning. We'l be atending GGG show at 12, and would be happy to stick around and work door and box at 1am and 2am.

Hey everyone! I am going to be at the Hideout Theatre at 4pm today (Thursday) cleaning the space for the 42-Hour Improv Marathon. I could use some helpers! Who is available and wants to help out? I'll probably be there from around 4pm to 6:30pm or so.

I can do the door or help out however from 7am-11am sunday morning.
I'd also like to try out teching and learn a little more about it...Friday night from 8pm-midnight?

a.) be back in Austin after a week in Indiana

b.) the improv marathon!

I'm willing to help out anytime this weekend if you still need help, particularly during the night/early morning since I am usually awake anyway... especially on Sunday morning. I haven't ever done the box office, but I'm sure I can pick it (or anything else you need done) up if shown how.

Hey Kat,
I'm sorry but it is hard to find a place for 2 people - We are all taken care of on June 5 early (but stick around and watch, I promise it will be fun!)
However, We could use you both on June 4 from 11am-noon, and then we can use 1 extra tech person and a photo person from then until 3pm.


I feel like a douche turning people away from volunteering. I promise I love you and appreciate your offer!
