It does. That's the problem with just two names. Unless it's painfully obvious, you will be able to find a ton of overlap. For instance, if we just stick with the THE MAN WITH TWO BRAINS, all of the following would work:
THE BOOGIE MAN WITH TWO BRAINS WILL GET YOU
THE MAN WITH NINE LIVES (AND) TWO BRAINS
THE MAN THEY COULD NOT HANG WITH TWO BRAINS
THE MAN WHO CHANGED HIS MIND WITH TWO BRAINS
THE MIRACLE MAN WITH TWO BRAINS
THE MAN IN THE SADDLE WITH TWO BRAINS
THE MAN WITH TWO BRAINS FROM DOWNING STREET

Well, you know, I was just providing one starting point for several films. Without additional context, I could have spun my wheels for an hour or two trying to find every combination, not knowing what one you did have in mind. With Diane Keaton, it seems like your desired outcome is:
