Are those...eggshells all over the floor?
I think I need to kick them out of the way, and leave room for people to express real opinions and thoughts.

Sometimes I feel like our organization is like a group of people stranded on an island and then we find out that there are other people on the island who have been living there a lot longer than we have. Then we feel threatened whether there's real justification or not. And then Sawyer and Kate finally do it.
