So, there's no way to ask this without it being weird, so I'm just gonna ask it. Are the troupes who didn't make it to their hosting slots being included in the next round of scheduling?

They are being included, yes, but at a lower priority.

Should they maybe be required to make up their hosting duty in the next round of scheduling?
