Oh, and just a note... I'm not going to be there.

Ann should be there (I think), but even if she's not, you just have to do the usual things:

1) MC the shows
2) man the box office
3) do tech for the shows
4) take tickets at the top of the stairs
5) make sure the green room and theaters are clean

I could give hosting a try. One guy said I had plenty of "gravitas", and I happen to be pretty intermediate at managing/cleaning things.
