I can no longer volunteer for 8pm Waffles on Saturday because Knuckleball switched their performance slot with Pgraph.

How about I take 10pm Friday Waffle making?

For ease of planning, I am not going to list people who can help in slots but only after a certain time. We need to aim for people to be at the start of those shifts. On the day of the fest, however, please check with me and see if extra help is needed.

Can someone do lights for the 8pm on Saturday. I volunteered originally, but PGraph's performance slot got switched to Saturday at 8.
