What I *really* want to do is to sell The Moonbase and move into 503 Sacramento. That house is really sweet.

Where it could be used to start a fund to help improvisors buy houses on Roy's street. Or to build a fancy stage in the middle of the street. Or a chocolate fountain. Are you feelin' it? Yeah...
