1. Just get something up there. Anything. ASAP.
2. When that ad is running, THEN work on retooling the design.
2a) Read the ad (and all prospective ads) like you've never heard of the AIC (or even improv) before and think about what effect, if any, it would have on you.
2b) Work on the ad until you can respond to 2a) with "It would make me want to at least check out the web site, if not just go straight to a show."
