I think the issue at hand is settled, but, for those of you who are curious, here is the translation-
Dave: Unfortunately, I don't know how to do lights or sound.
Mo: I'm sorry, but I break hearts. For the lights, it's simple. Ask me for the instructions before the warmups. If someone else doesn't play, you're in.
Dave: Fortunately, it's not so easy to break my heart. But I don't want to break the hearts of all those who want light on the stage. But, if you say that you can teach me before the Maestro, then everything is copacetic.
