Based on the topics commitee's have mentioned discussing, I came up with the agenda below. Unfortunately, I cant retain the tab spacing to show you the outline format.
If you need additional time or need to add agenda items, please reply here.
I will print these out as of 10am tomorrow (1/29/06).

Wow.
I wikified it at
http://wiki.austinimprov.com/index.php/ ... 0129Agenda and added some minor administrative stuff at the top (pick a secretary, take attendance, approve the meeting minutes from the previous meetings.) Let me know if it looks ok.
Also, I think we need to discuss late seating policy for AIC shows and try to come to a consensus; I don't know if that's in the experience committee meeting report, but I believe it warrants covering.

Sad faces:
The "secret surprise" won't be as big of a surprise due to technical issues. But that might change. Depends on how much sleep I plan on getting.
Til tomorrow.
I feel uncomfortable.

it's been my absolute pleasure to take notes during the last 2 meetings however, i will unfortunately be unable to attend this meeting as i am taking my friend to the airport. i'm also having an impromptu business meeting afterward, which *keeps fingers crossed* if things go well, then i can immediately begin my import/export business as soon as i land in taipei! hopefully i'll be able to make it for the hosting seminar though. see you monkeys later!

I covered for Jay on the note-taking today...
I also discussed with Erika the possibility of me taking notes at future meetings. I enjoy having that responsibility and demanding the respect that comes with it.
Look for my notes to be typed/organized and posted here in the form of a .doc file and an .html file sometime tomorrow BEFORE noon.
Thank you,
-Phil

Plain text goes into the wiki more easily, FYI.
