yeah, Sunday's workshop was super fun and thought provoking. i can't wait to try some of those exercises out in actual shows! it all felt so effortless, too. like he was teaching us to remember things we knew a long time ago. i can't recommend him highly enough!
(also, if anyone from that workshop wants to get together and talk stuff over a few pints...lol!)
