During Mock Read-Through (Marc is director, Justin is an actor reading for a character in the play)
Marc: And then we'll have the smoke machine...
Justin V : (breaking character) Oh, yeah, and I'm allergic to...uh most of the uh, aluminum based stuff...
Marc (interrupting and dismissive) : yeah sure fine we'll get the vegan stuff.
Justin V. being, of course, the gestalt that forms when Jason Vines and Justin Davis combine their power rings.

oh shit! how weird. I typed it during rehearsal and was going quickly. How strange.
well, you WERE giggling maniacally at the time, as i recall, so a little madness can be excused.

Also, I'm not remembering a particular line, but David Lampe as Hulk Hogan in the Friday-night Derby was a spectacular sight. Y'all missed out if y'all weren't there.

From the debut of The Library in last week's Free Fringe.
Jon to Karen as her father: "You look as beautiful as the breeze."
Kacey in response as Karen's mother: "Yes, well, you can't see a breeze."
Holy crap, the quickness of Kacey's comment and the passive aggressiveness was beautiful. She kept that up throughout the show too. That whole show had moments like that. Every person in the show had great lines like that. It's hard to remember them all. I was laughing obnoxiously loud and hard on the side of the stage. Any time Jon would go off on monologues or give some dry, depressing response was great. Like, when I said that the demonic rose tattoo that required blood to be satisfied had grown back on my arm after I had cut the tattoo off, Jon's response was a simple walk downstage, look outward, and to say, "Spring is here."
