Probably so. If they stick around though, they really ought to shorten that name to P-Graph or something that's at least pronounceable.
psh...yeah, right. next thing you'll be saying they should all get troupe tattoos and half of them should buy a theatre. be real here, Brockman...
You're right. Utterly ridiculous. It's beginning to sound like a sitcom. Maybe we should have two of them get married to each other and live in a house with a funky (but catchy) name, one be an abnormally snappy dresser of Arabic descent with a penchant for rapid-fire patter and have the winsome one opening the ice cream store of her dreams while always making the time to stop and taste the snowflakes.

With me so far? Work with me, Jordan... make it sing... make it... "How I Met Your Mother" meets... I dunno... "Glee?"... with a dash of "Big Bang Theory"?... I gotta have a hook for the networks.

i like the way you're thinking, but we've got to give it some more marketable elements...maybe the married couple could have an adorable pet? with an unusually catchy name? oh, and they should definitely have a hip looking car with an appropriate vanity plate for when it pulls into frame (like the General Lee...it could say "MAKEMUP" or "NOSCRIPT." i don't know, we'll play with it...).

oh, and clearly one of the others should have an urban loft right over the theatre...i don't know, does that stretch believability? we could just put it close by. but it should definitely be over a bar then...

and just to vary it up, the other one should have...god, i don't know, total spitball mode here...pet chickens, or something.

i think we're really on to something. though a couple of the characters in the pilot seem a bit extraneous. we'll probably cut them out if it goes to series...

Point of order: "Friends". Huge hit, all white cast in NYC. Totally realistic. Especially the size of the apartments.

You actually had the distinction of introducing our group, the Local Genius Society, in our debut show at the Hideout.

We're Karen DeWitt, Laurent Martin, Zac Grantham, Nicole Beckley and Andrew Pish. We like to tell stories, play games, and give the audience a good time (not to mention impress them with our knowledge of many, many subjects).

You may have seen some of us in Austin Secrets, the Nightmare Video Project, Mortified, the ColdTowne Sketch Brawl, the Story Department, and the 999eyes freakshow, among other things.

The Photon's Mistress is Jessica and Luis Salinas. We're working up a format. Although we're fairly new to improv, we are experienced human beings.

Eh, only one person can ever be the best at something, and for the most part, no one wants to trade lives with that poor guy.
