This sounds completely awesome. I'm there. I would come dressed as Menelaos but I'm not sure his threads come in my size.

Not here in the US, no. You'll need to travel to Thailand and kill the biggest fisherman you can find.

Hooray! We've had some people volunteer. I had hoped that we could get 10 volunteers. We now have 11!! We could use a couple more to make the work go quickly.

Add your name to this list (and t-shirt size) and you will get a special, one of a kind, hand made "FarrBetterDesign" t-shirt!!! that says "AIC Twenty-Ten Same Year's Eve"

Here are the adorable Volunteers we've got so far:

- TECH -- (tech one or two of the three sets, play in another)
>>Michael McGill & Jessica Arjet

- BOX -- a box office person (you don't play in the first set, but one of the second two)
>>Tim Traini

- SETUP -- 3-4 ppl help setting up the upstairs for the par-tay,
>>Meghan W, Sara Farr, Todd Hart - NEED 1 more VOLUNTEER

- DANCE MUSIC & iPod DJs -- ipods with dance music for the usual dance party in the upstairs theater
>>Curtis, Beeler & Meghan W

- CLEAN UP -- and at least five people to help with cleanup during and after the party
>>eliz.rubywillmann, Sara Farr, Jordan Maxwell, mcslionhair - NEED 1 more VOLUNTEER

I can just set up a playlist on my iPod, but my music library isn't the best, so, more iPods!

Thanks Sara for your enthusiasm. It's one of my favourite nights of the year, too.

I've done tech for the past couple of years and would be happy to do so again.

Awesome, Jess & Mike! Send me your t-shirt sizes. Also, you get to play in one of the 3 sets! Talk amongst yourselves so that you get to play in the set you want and we still have a tech covering you for that show, por favor.

Hey improv-ers (nod-to-jordan),

From Kareem
The downstairs is rented and will be split between the AIC and Hideout I think. I have secured a donated keg from NxNW. Matt's going to coordinate getting someone with a truck to pick it up.

Volunteers and reminding people to bring snacky things is the main thing we need.
So... BRING SNACKY THINGS!! Yes you! Think of something FUN you like to snack on LATE AT NIGHT and bring that to share, por favor.

Curtis and I are making the dance party mix.
Meghan, if you have thoughts for sweet songs to add, send the names to me!

Not a big fan of shortform so I wouldn't mind running the box for that one if you still need help.

As Sara alluded to, I'm in need of someone with a vehicle big enough to handle a keg Thursday afternoon, and some help on Friday as well to return it. Pickup location is North by Northwest, which is in the 360/ N MoPac area.

Anyone up north that can lend a hand?
