Those are the BEST spots.
The BEST spots you say? I am intrigued. Perhaps it shall be me then. It's just hard to choose which type of position I want. After all, I did just start interning yesterday.

So.... how does everyone plan on staying awake? What methods will you use? Coffee, Energy Drinks, shocking yourself with electricity, tons of food? I kinda wonder.....

Hi,

Signed up in the spreadsheet to do photos starting Friday at 9PM as well as Saturday afternoon and evening. May be available for other times to do photos or Tech #2, if there is a need.

Let me know if there's anything I can do from NZ.

If you record the video to some sort of SD media, and mail it to me, I can mail a hard drive back to you with the edited material.

I can also give you advice on getting the best results for video/audio.

Guys,

I just realized that the spreadsheet is a little ambiguous. If you signed up to do box office for hour 4, for example, does that mean you will be there *During* hour 4, or would you be there to open box a half hour before that, to sell tickets for the hour 4 show?

I'm fine if you guys are there during the hour you signed up for, I just want to make it clear going in who has to be there when.

My plan is to hit up the Hideout a half hour before the time(s) I signed up for.

OK, let's say that's what we're doing, then.

If you are volunteering for hour X, you need to be there 30 minutes before hour X starts. If this changes your availability, please edit the spreadsheet.

Thanks everybody!

The Saturday morning shift from 4am to 10am was looking pretty bare, so I signed myself up for box office. I can pretty much do whatever's needed during my shift.

I can't get there before 7:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, so I changed my start time to 8:00 p.m. (and I'll start at 7:30 p.m.) so that creates a few more open spots.

Help! I over committed myself. I can't do 5 hours of tech in a row. I'll do 3 hours instead.

Someone please cover my "Saturday, 1am 10th hour Tech 1" and "Saturday, 2am 11th hour Tech 1" slots.

Attention volunteers,

When you get to The Hideout, look for Andy or Kareem and we will put you to work.

Thank you, and rest up. We'll see you at the marathon!

The volunteer schedule is pretty much full. Thanks to everyone who signed up.

We could still use some photographers and videographers. Bring a camera if you're coming to a show and snap a few shots, if you're so inclined.

Thank you all!
