D'oh, you're right. It's just a two-hour recap before.LuBu McJohnson wrote:I thought they were dong that on Saturday night. 1) the preview for the recap had some goddamn mystical fairy godmother doing the voiceover copy. what the fuck was that?
2) verizon customers can text their farewell wishes to the show and some will be picked to be shown during the finale??? what the fuck? are we seriously going to be subjected to a motherfucking ticker at the bottom of the screen???
Seriously, what the fuck was that? When it finished, I said, "Thanks, Gollum, for telling us that."arthursimone wrote:fine episode tonight, but two things had me cringing:

It was totally a kick ass episode. So many good lines and moments. ("Just don't be weird.")the_reverend wrote: (you know it was a kick ass episode when the only thing you can bitch about is the promo for next week.)
True. The list was posted before last night's episode though. Even with those, that's a lot of unanswered questions.Aden wrote:A lot of these... Ok well at least 1/5 of these were answered in last night's episode.
I am adamantly against this list. I don't like its attitude, its presumptive tone that we all should agree that those particular questions need to be answered. Nobody asked me if all those answers are important to my appreciation of the show*. And frankly, they're not.Justin D. wrote:True. The list was posted before last night's episode though. Boo to you booing the list. The list got more jokey as it went along (asking if it could go for coffee and possibly biscotti with Juliet), and they're questions the site things should be answered. I don't agree with all of them (I don't really care why Libby was in the mental hospital), but I do agree that I'm going to be disappointed that some questions that were made to seem oh so important won't get answered.Jeff wrote:I am adamantly against this list. Poo on that list. Big smelly poo on that list and those pretentious snot-heads who made it up.
*If they'd asked me, they'd know that the entire list is rendered moot by the blatant exclusion of any question about the Hurley Bird.
I will poo on that list for all eternity. It has nothing to do with anything. And look what the list has wrought-- it's incited a dumb conflict in which you are actually singling me out to be booed. The list is a bad thing and needs to be annihilated. And remember, for many of the questions, we the audience members have ascribed our own weight of importance to them. With the exception of a few questions that are possibly obviously critical to the fundamentals of the story, the level of importance we deem each question to have is mostly our doing, not that of the producers of LOST.Justin D. wrote:Boo to you booing the list.
