I need a roommate.

Here is the craigslist posting I am using now:

We are two male professionals in our mid to late twenties looking for a third roommate.

We currently rent a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom historic home at 511 Bellevue Place, a block north of campus. The house is 80% original hardwood floors, includes great front and back porches, and provides a fairly large backyard.

We are in walking distance to the UT campus, the Drag on Guadalupe, Daily Juice, Mother's, and Hyde Park.

Your portion of the rent will be $600 (excludes water, electricity, and Grande internet/cable).

Note: we are not partiers and it would be beneficial if you aren’t either (both of us are college graduates; one of us works from home for a custom software firm while the other commutes to Dell) . Looking for someone who is grounded and can reliably pay rent.
Liking the Big Lebowski, The White Stripes, tacos, and dogs is a plus.
