Your 10-minute Contribution to Improv Research

Post by smerlin »

Hey there Austin Improvisers-

Did you know I’m writing a book with best-selling author Liz Alexander? We’ll be revealing how improv techniques can be used to help anyone have a more fun, successful, and creative life and career. My hope is this book will help share the joy of improv with a larger audience.

As part of our research we’ve designed an online survey about how improv training changes people's lives. Because of your improv background, we'd love to have you be part of our research. It will only take 10 minutes; if you’re willing to enter your name and email (otherwise the survey is anonymous) we’ll do two things:
  • -Send you personal feedback (i.e., where your score fits in with the “norm”) if that’s of interest

-Enter you for a drawing for $50 Amazon.com gift certificate
The survey is password protected and here’s how you can take part:
Deadline for your survey response is Friday September 10th. The drawing for the $50 gift certificate will be November.

Ten minutes…that’s all it will take. Thanks for your time and input in advance.

Best
Shana (and Liz)

The deadline has been extended to November 30th. Our survey license expries at the end of the month and we need a few more responses. We have 76 and would like to get to 100 to make it all science-y.

So if you can take a minute and fill out the survey, that would be so awesome. All levels of improv experience welcome.

And thanks to everyone who already submitted.

Survey shows as closed (Nov. 10th)

Did you mean the survey had been extended to October 30th? Or is there another issue?
