7/28 - Host Troupe Needs a Little Help

Pgraph's down a Valerie this Friday when we're on hosting detail.
Can anyone volunteer their time to help out a little? Pick a time-slot (or all night, if you're generous and just generally cool like that) if you can help, and we'll put you to work.

I can help with the 8 and 10pm show if someone can host the Cage Match for me. I'm needed elsewhere at that time. I can supply you with all the items you'll need ( Ref shirt, time cards, ballots, etc...)

You Me & Greg could possibly help with the 10PM show and almost definitely the 11:30PM show if someone would be able to convince me to stick around.

I am a popular entity and my stellar technical mind and brilliant comedic genius is always needed elsewhere.

I'm waiting to hear if I have band practice that night, but if not, I can work the ticket booth, which I think is the only thing I'm qualified to do at this point.

Mike, if you could sell tix for the 10 o'clock show (booth opens at 9:30), that'd be awesome.

Rest of the night is as follows:

8 o'clock show:
Tix - Wes
Host - Roy
Lights - K-Job
Take Tix - BeeeeeeLER

10 o'clock show:
Tix - Mike
Host - Tex and his Hussy
Lights - Wes or Kareem
Take Tix - The Other One

11:30 show:
Tix: ?? (maybe ratliff? maybe YMorG?)
Host: Kareem the Konqueror
Lights: Wes
Take Tix: ?? We might be able to forgo this position, if we have to.

Actually, wait. Is Xaq available as part of the Friday night team? If so, we might not need volunteers.

John, we love you, but we worried that you weren't ready for commitment, so we've been, you know, testing the waters. If you want to talk about being exclusive, we should do that. We just didn't want to smother you or appear too eager.

Okay, I have rejiggered my schedule and can definitely work the 11:30 show, as long as somebody tells me EXACTLY what to do. And what not to do.

I will let you know ASAP if we need you. If Xaq is part of the hosting staff, we'll probably be able to just get him to help out and then you'll be a free man...free to play music with *any* improv troupe you want (TAKE THAT, GGG!)

Does anyone know--is Xaq part of the "host troupe"? That is, can I give him a task if we're short on people? Or should I recruit a volunteer?
