Who wants a VIP Pass to Fantastic Fest?

Hey, guys.

My company has demo room at Fantastic Fest and we're looking for a couple of improvisors to serve as hosts for the room. In exchange for hosting and performing demos, we can provide each of you with 1 Fantastic Fest Arcade Sponsor Pass!

You'll need to be available for running the room from 11a.m. to 6p.m. Thursday and Friday, September 23rd & 24th. In exchange, you'll receive passes good for use at any Fantastic Fest events happening outside of those times. That includes all day Saturday and Sunday!

We'll also need you for a little time earlier in the week, in order to properly train you in the demo. Improvisors with computer and web/game developer experience would be greatly appreciated.

Your Fantastic Fest pass includes access to our nightly parties from Thursday, September 23 through Thursday, September 30, as well as to Fantastic Fest film premieres at the Paramount and all nightly VIP parties from Thursday, September 23 through Sunday, September 26.

Fantastic Fest Gala passes include front-of-line privileges and reserved seats for all premieres and screenings at the Paramount Theater. The Fantastic Fest Gala pass does not include access to other theaters and screenings, however we will provide single show tickets to all of our sponsors. Tickets for individual screening will be available after 1 pm on weekdays and after noon on weekends. Drop by the concierge desk at each venue on the day of show to pick up hard tickets. You may not always get your first pick, but you are guaranteed one ticket to a show in every time slot.

We understand this pretty last minute, but the deal just went through and we need some presenters quick. We'd like to know who will be presenting within the next 24 hours. PM yodApollo if you're interested or would like more details. Thanks!

Am I crazy or is an Arcade Pass not the same as a Gala Pass? What's what?

It's not an Arcade Pass. It's an Arcade Sponsor Pass. It's carries all the same benefits of the Gala Pass, as it was explained to me by the Arcade coordinator.
