* ColdTowne: Shanty Town Lake: Jastroch being assaulted by a mob of people offstage. A tiny skeleton is tossed on stage and Jastroch screams, "AHH! MY BONES!" Hilarious.

* Northshore Local: By then, my ability to take in information was dulled by pure fatigue, but I remember them having a superfun show.

* The Frank Mills: Great show overall, but Bob's portrayal of an Asperger's-having kid brother of a thuggish hood dude (wonderfully played by Erika) was hilarious and pitch-perfect.

* Sarah 7: Really great, personal monologues, fun group play, and Liz's "My parents are letting me name myself" (after a classroom debate on whose name was the coolest). Also, Cortnie is a monster!

* The Amazon and The Milksop: Really fun and playful!

* JAM CITY: During SUGGESTIONS!, Volcano Fire and the Beefcakes did a great job. Particularly noteworthy: Someone suggested "mayonnaise" and Lisa Jackson countered with "my dad died of atherosclerosis - YOU MONSTER!" Also, Kareem was amazing: "Whose suggestion shall we honor next?"

I kept saying to Josh through that show, "How exciting for Jeremy!" And you did it very well, sir! You guys just played with each other.

on a personal "stage time" moment...i had some of my most fun with Jeff, playing each of the five characters we'd created, coming into a room in rapid succession and yelling at each other, because it felt like an awesome juggling act of intensity. and the last scene, which was silly but very emotional. two shows in a year now, we've wound up inadvertently doing a love story. and this year...we made it to first base. :p

also, being back onstage with the Sicks after so many years and getting to hear some surprisingly fresh takes on old material. :)

oh, and Shakespeare. personal "ego moments" time over. ;)
