Breakfast burritos exist outside Austin?!

they exist multiple places...the most common response i get when i lament the lack of breakfast tacos in Los Angeles is:

"You mean breakfast burritos?"
"No, breakfast tacos."
"Eggs in a tortilla with bacon or sausage, cheese, potatoes, that kind of thing?"
"No, it's...it's DIFFERENT, damn it!"
"How?"
"It's...it's folded over, not wrapped around!"
"Ah..."

at that point, they usually walk away.

which is why i've started making my own, just to avoid that conversation...

but yes, Jill, definitely go back to Austin. the city is better for having you in it.
