Saturday, August 21 will be a very special Saturday Night Special over at SVT. Michael Joplin will be leaving the following week and we think the show on the 21st will be his last show in Austin for at least a year, maybe forever.
The Knuckleball Now has invited Get Up to open up for them that night, and later Shana and I will be joining them for something of a farewell jam. Seriously, you won't wanna miss this show. It's gonna be packed, so I encourage you to get your tickets now.
Come say good-bye to one of Austin's improv heroes and one of my best friends on the scene.
