Be our neighbor!

The duplex next door to mine and Asaf's iis for rent and we would like somebody that we know and like to move in to it. It's located 4 blocks east of Magnolia Cafe on South Congress. It's a two bedroom, one bath home with a backyard, driveway and carport for $1,050 per month. The landlord is great and pets are okay.

Nope. New tenants are lined up for August 1st. None of the people we sent at our landlord even got the chance to see the space.
