If you perform at CT, you've probably been here a couple of times, but I just can't get enough of Quality Seafood.
One of my new favorite places to read is Opa on S. Lamar and Oltorf because they have yummy Greek snacks, and it reminds of Agora in Houston, an old stomping ground.
It ain't cheap, but if you are looking for seasonal cocktails and small plates, FINO has an amazing bartender, and the fried olives are delicious. The mussels there are also delicious. Ok, everything is delicious.
Finally, just went to Takoba, a new place on East 7th. I experienced some of the most tasty veggie tacos: roasted corn, carmelized sweet potatoes, zucchini, queso fresco, chipotle mayonnaise, and a spicy verde, avocado sauce. Their micheladas come in a huge, iced glass and are amazing. 7$ for tacos, a side salad and beans.
