And now for the exciting details about troupes/shows you might not recognize...

Secret Senate:
Secret Senate is ColdTowne's 8th student troupe. A face-melting mind explosion of pure comedy, we will take your laughs and not give anything in return.

Switch:
In SWITCH, Jill Bernard and Asaf Ronen will launch into character-based scenes with permission to, at any time, jump into the other actor’s persona, forcing them to take on theirs.

Tom and Big Rob:
Tom Booker and his very tall friend do improv together.

Seakings:
5 improvisers looking for love or something like it: Duke Harbison, Ashley Nugent, Brian Engravalley, cortnie jones, emma holder.

The MiDolls:
The MiDolls are an Oklahoma City based all female improv troupe doing long form improv on a theme with an original song as a special bonus. The themes vary each performance, but all are based on a female stereotype - shows to date have featured trailer trash, 50s housewives and nuns. The ladies get suggestions from the audience at the top of the show while serving snacks to all attending - because we're freaking polite, that's why!

Squirrel Buddies:
Jon Bolden and Roy Janik present an explosion of positivity in stage-form.

The Endowment:
A new project featuring Shana Merlin, Lauren Zinn, Avimaan Syam and Michael Ferstenfeld, focusing on scenework, characters, and fun.

The Hindenburgs:
Based out of Dallas, TX, The Hindenburgs use their acting roots and improv training to entertain audiences using true stories to create hilarious long form pieces that keep people laughing and coming back. All they need is a suggestion…

Gardetto's Snack Mix Presents:
Gardetto's Snack Mix Presents is the freshest, tangiest troupe to arrive in Austin, helmed by snack connosiuers and legends in the snacking industry, Caitlin Sweet and Jeremy Lamb, the cast includes a selection of the choicest Chex Brand Mix and the sharpest cheddariest improv performers in Austin who they can get a hold of and convince to perform with them.

How to Produce a Comedy Festival:
In this tell-all presentation of the pitfalls and joys of producing a middle-budget non-profit comedy festival, Jeremy Lamb, famous egomaniac and Executive Producer of one of the biggest comedy festivals in the country, will go step-by-step through the year-round processes and procedures that keep this behemoth alive. And be sure to stick around after the presentation for a quick Q&A with the man himself. There may even be a photo opp in there somewhere, too. Commemorative mugs will be for sale.
