The BEST spots you say? I am intrigued. Perhaps it shall be me then. It's just hard to choose which type of position I want. After all, I did just start interning yesterday.acrouch wrote:Those are the BEST spots.MitchellD wrote:Sounds great. I'd volunteer. Not sure what for though or what times. Ahhhh seems like all the good spots are taken. Only the crazy 2-6am slots are left.

Photos for the Marathon.
Hi,
Signed up in the spreadsheet to do photos starting Friday at 9PM as well as Saturday afternoon and evening. May be available for other times to do photos or Tech #2, if there is a need.

Guys,
I just realized that the spreadsheet is a little ambiguous. If you signed up to do box office for hour 4, for example, does that mean you will be there *During* hour 4, or would you be there to open box a half hour before that, to sell tickets for the hour 4 show?
I'm fine if you guys are there during the hour you signed up for, I just want to make it clear going in who has to be there when.

OK, let's say that's what we're doing, then.
If you are volunteering for hour X, you need to be there 30 minutes before hour X starts. If this changes your availability, please edit the spreadsheet.
Thanks everybody!

I can't get there before 7:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, so I changed my start time to 8:00 p.m. (and I'll start at 7:30 p.m.) so that creates a few more open spots.kbadr wrote:If you are volunteering for hour X, you need to be there 30 minutes before hour X starts. We're still looking for people to take some volunteer slots during the marathon.

The volunteer schedule is pretty much full. Thanks to everyone who signed up.
We could still use some photographers and videographers. Bring a camera if you're coming to a show and snap a few shots, if you're so inclined.
Thank you all!
