Post by Jastroch »

Booked! Confirmed! This information is so fresh that we haven't even had a chance to make a fancy press release about it. Seriously. Paul F. Tompkins is coming to the United States Art Authority June 5th for two shows at 8 and 10pm. We haven't really announced this and tickets are already half sold-out.

This event is brought to you by ColdTowne Theater and our friends at lastgascomedy.com.

Tickets:

Tell me some stuff about Paul. Forgive my ignorance, but I ain't sure who he is.

And I gotta know!!!!

He also happens to be the best stand-up comic working today, was on Mr. Show, and the host of Best Week Ever during the only time it was ever any good.

Also, he's THE BEST STAND-UP COMIC WORKING TODAY.

Paul F. Tompkins is the best. Personal stories and witty observations flavored with the occasional absurd digression -- and he never comes off as manic or mannered or shticky or anything other than a compelling, funny person telling one side of a great conversation.

Does a group of us want to go shirtless, sit together, and paint "CAKE OR PIE" across our chests?

Totally kidding............. ?

Also, just noticed how similar his voice is to Buckman's. Is it the Philadelphia roots?
